Introduction

Young Engineers West London has implemented this Privacy Policy to govern the use of personally identifiable information.  Young Engineers West London is the trading name of Brainnovation Limited registered in England.  We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulations 2018). Under the terms of the GDPR legislation, we are required to explain to you how we will treat any personal and/or private data which we collect from you.

We hold your contact information in the software on our computers, as well as cloud-based applications. The computers and cloud-based applications are password protected.  Sometimes it is practical to hold or collect information on paper, for example on a paper register, e.g. during a holiday camp or a term class. This information will either be shredded or stored in a locked office.

Young Engineers West London does not store card or bank account details.

We do not share or sell your data with other companies.  In case of another company buying all or part of Young Engineers West London, your data may be passed on to them so that they can continue providing you with a service.

We process your data to provide a service to you, to comply with legal obligations and for our legitimate interests in running our business.

Data Retention

For example we would like to keep you informed of the dates of upcoming holiday camps.  If you do not want us to do this, simply do not check this option during the booking process, or email us at any time and request removal. Please note that by choosing not to opt-in means that we will not be able to tell you about additional benefits and services available to our customers.
